 This shoot took it's inspiration Interior Design, particularly a living room styled by Eddie Ross. A Room Becomes a Wedding. 

 This shoot was based on A Midsummer Night's Dream and featured on Utterly Engaged. 

This last shoot I absolutely adore and it's from Jessica Claire's Workshop (Part 1, Part 2, Part 3 as seen on Style Me Pretty). And my girl Lauryl Lane did the flowers. Brandon Kidd took these photos. And it's just...wow!!!

Blog Pick: Utterly Engaged

I've been following Utterly Engaged since it started least year. It's like a blog and a magazine rolled into one. It's an e-zine as they call it. 

 They have all the best of a magazine with features and articles on up and coming vendors, real weddings, great products, and advice and lots, and lots of pictures, which I love. 

 I always find something inspiring in every issue and many of my favorite vendors have been featured including: Sweet and Saucy, JL Designs, Jasmine Star, and more. 

 The images and details are breathtaking and the budget savvy advice is very useful for the bride wanted to do some DIY. 

And the great thing about the blog like format is that you can click on the links for all of the vendors involved in each article and go directly to their websites and see more of their work. 

  They've also done a lot of great features that are helpful to the grooms, which I think can sometimes get forgotten in the sea of flowers, fabric, and fabulousness. 

 They also have a ton of ideas for bridal showers, which can really translate to any party worth throwing. 

 The style is timeless, organic, vintage, lovely, and all together stylish. 

 They also throw some parties during the year and give vendors the opportunity to showcase their talent in design competitions which is fun and show off the new trends in the industry. 

 I just can't get enough of all the details, details, details.

The Snippet and Ink Blog is absolutely fabulous. If you're looking for inspiration for a classic yet different from every other wedding look this is the place to go. She has such an eye for beauty and finding unique touches that can make your event truly unique and memorable and play on the nostalgic side. Here's a picture of one of my favorite inspiration boards she's done, although I love them all.
