Trend: Ombre Centerpieces
I love, love, love the Ombre look. It's so unique and honestly not done enough. I am bound and determined to do a wedding in this style or at least an inspiration shoot, now just to pick the colors...hmmmm....

Trend: DIY Invitations
There has been a big trend lately revolving around 3 letters...DIY. Yup, that's Do It Yourself. No longer are crafts resorted just for when you're a little girl making a paper mache box for your mom. Nope, now adays DIY is everywhere, especially weddings. Not only can it save you money, but it can allow you to really let your personalities shine. Just keep in mind that DIY will most likely not save you on time, but, if you've got a bunch of friends & family at your disposal to help assemble your DIY projects, then get their help, and it will fly by in no time. Trend: Ombre Wedding Cakes

I love using color to help express the style of a wedding and this is such a cool and unique way to do it. It's called Ombre, basically you have colors that look as if they fade into each other which creates a luxurious and unique effect. Here's some amazing Ombre cakes I found.
