Inspiration: Jim & Pam

When I first started watching The Office, I actually couldn't stand it...well, I couldn't stand Michael Scott. But then, after time, he begins to grow on you and you start to feel sorry for the guy and find him to be endearing. And if that's not enough to keep you around the obvious chemistry between Jim & Pam is irresistible to watch. And next week on October 8, the one hour episode is the wedding that everyone has been waiting for that's been watching the show since 2005. They've even created a wedding website www.halpertbeesly.com.
I see Jim & Pam as very traditional and understated. I don't see them as trendy so I went with a soft pink as the main color. I love the simplicity and "backyard" feel of the inspiration board I created and think it would be just perfect for them.

I'm sure their wedding won't be without surprises and a toast or 4 from Michael. But I can't wait to see it anyways. You can watch full episodes on Hulu or NBC.com.

Accessory Wednesday: Adorn Brides

Now if you're looking to truly feel like a celebrity or modern day princess on your wedding day, then look no further than Adorn Brides. You can rent diamonds worth up to $73,500 dollars at a franction of the cost for any special occasion.
The least expensive items rent for as little as $100 a day for earrings, for example, worth up to $2,000 retail to the most expensive item renting for $1,900 a day which is a mere 2.5% of the retail price of the item. WOW!!!! If you don't believe me, have a look for yourself.

This last little bauble is worth $73,500, the most expensive item on the site. You can rent it for $1,9000 which is still nothing to sneeze at, but look at what you're getting in return to truly look like royalty....

Vendor Pick: Fantasy Frostings

I had the pleasure of meeting Leslie Maynor of Fantasy Frostings, finally, at an industry event for The Knot Wedding Magazine last week. I reached out to her on Twitter to see if she wanted to donate anything for the raffle and she sent a $200 gift certificate for cake. Wowza. So, because she is super sweet and down to earth and has done cakes for celebs like Kendra & Rob & Katilin from "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia", I had to share her beautiful work with you.

Flavors include: White Satan, Chocolate Fudge Surprise, Lemon Squeeze, Banana Walnut, New Orleans Spice, 14 Karat, Red Velvet, & Marble Chip. Mmmmm...I'm getting hungry just writing about it.

Celebrity Wedding: Trista & Ryan

It may have been a $4 Million Dollar wedding, but Trista & Ryan are still happily married, living in Colorado and have added to their family with 2 beautiful children, Max & Blakesly.

I know it's been a few years since the big day, but I just wanted to enjoy these amazing details again.
Trista wore an amazing Badgley Mischka gown, bridesmaids in Amsale and the groom & groomsmen in Kenneth Cole. And her AMAZING Diamond Studded shoes were created by Stuart Weitzman.
I love the gradual change of the chair covers from fuschia to pale pink. I will admit, I haven't seen this done since, but that would most likely be due to the fact that most people don't use chair covers much anymore, they use chiavari's or the fabulous chameleon chairs, or the traditional white wooden folding seats.
Invitations: Lehr & Black, Los Angeles
Wedding Planner: Mindy Weiss, Los Angeles
Cake: Cake Divas, Los Angeles
Florist: Mark's Garden, Los Angeles
Officiant: Reverand Clint Hufft, Los Angeles
Diamonds: Tacori
Photography: Yitzhak Dalal, West Hollywood
